TalentPath

Stride is partnering with LDN Apprenticeships to link young South Londoners to opportunities in one of the world’s fastest growing and best paid technology ecosystems – Salesforce.

Who are LDN Apprenticeships?

LDN Apprenticeships was founded in 2010 in response to the high levels of youth unemployment in London caused by the 2008 financial crash. They saw an opportunity to use apprenticeships as a tool to connect businesses and young people from all backgrounds. Today, they work with employers across the digital, creative and technology sectors focusing exclusively on helping young people to find jobs they love and start meaningful careers.

What’s TalentPath all about?

LDN Apprenticeships wants to link young South Londoners to opportunities in one of the world’s fastest growing and best paid technology ecosystems – Salesforce. The TalentPath programme will provide you with Salesforce related training and certification, employability skills specific for securing work in the Salesforce ecosystem and an introduction to the services the global technology giant provides.

What will you gain from TalentPath?

After completing two weeks of intensive training, you will sit the exam for the formal Certified Salesforce Administrator Credential – Salesforce’s most in demand credential for finding work opportunities in the ecosystem. You can then progress on to any of LDN Apprenticeships’ Salesforce Apprenticeship programmes or on to any of the other schemes in the LDN Apprenticeships portfolio. Whether it’s digital marketing, software development or publishing, there are plenty of exciting pathways for you to discover.

All participants will also be given the opportunity to attend LDN Apprenticeships’ dynamic Career Kickstarter Prep Training session. This session will prepare you to meet with real Salesforce employers who are looking to hire apprentices. LDN Apprenticeships will give you the opportunity to meet employers face to face and to ensure you are able to put your best foot forward, they will facilitate work trials instead of interviews. Work trials give you the chance to demonstrate your ability in a real working environment before being offered an apprenticeship.

Who’s TalentPath for?

This programme is perfect for you if you want to break into work in one of the most exciting and fastest growing technology ecosystems in the world. You can apply for this programme as long as you’re between the ages of 18-24 and live in Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark or Wandsworth.
