New Creative Grassroots Business Innovation Fund Launches
Stride has launched a Creative Grassroots Business Innovation Fund. We are seeking proposals from business support projects that help underrepresented creatives to start and grow their businesses in South London.
Grassroots creative businesses are crucial to the vibrant culture and economy in South London. We want to give people the support and advice they need to explore and develop their business ideas and turn them into a reality.
We are inviting business support organisations to apply for funding to support South London based creative startups to thrive. Activities could include practical advice about starting your own business, specialist knowledge through hands on workshops, hack-a-thons, start up weekends and 1-1 coaching, core business skills and professional support networking. We welcome new, innovative and effective approaches to delivery.
Project proposals should also help to make the creative sector more diverse. We want to back local people from diverse backgrounds to start and scale their creative business.
We welcome bids of a minimum of £100,000 for projects that scale up existing approaches or pilot new and innovative approaches to business support.
Grant Round Open Now!
The submission round is open from now until 5pm 12 April 2021. Get in touch with us if you would like to talk to someone about the grant and how to apply.
